Dell Precision M2300 will be available with a price tag of $1599 onwards

Sony unveiled their new VAIO NR series notebooks and its classified under “Entry Level”, though its priced at $750 and upwards.Well, its an entry level notebook in Sony’s eyes.

The VAIO NR series notebooks are having 15.4 inch WXGA display with XBRITE-ECO technology.The NR110 and NR120 are powered by 1.46 GHz Pentium Dual ore processor while the NR140 uses 1.6 GHz Pentium D processor and the higher spec’d NR 160 is having Intel Core 2 Duo Processor.

Toshiba announced two new notebooks in their Satellite X205 series, The satellite X205 SLi3 and X205 SLi1.

Both of the new X205 notebooks are having 17 inch display and are powered by Core 2 Duo with 2 GB DDR2 main memory.Being high end notebooks , they are having HD-DVD/DVD burner plus an HDMI-out port.For audio maniac’s there’s Harman Kardan 5.1 Surround sound.The main feature of this series is that they are having SLi enabled graphics.

Sony unveiled the all new artistic & colorful Maya Hayuk Edition of their 15.4 inch Sony VAIO FZ series laptops, named after the New York artist who created the interesting designs.

Two editions available now are the “Grow” and “Never Stop” edition.The Grow Edition is an organic forest design with green , blue and purple flower growing wildly on the back.While the Never Stop edition is a kaleidoscopic design with geometric patterns.

The artwork is not only limited to the external back designs, each of the designer editions are also bundled with matching wallpapers and the video of Maya Hayuk discussing about the creativity of hers.Plus it comes with her signed certificate of authenticity.

HP is going to announce about these 4 new lappy’s from them by tomorrow ( Tuesday .The press conference is scheduled to be on 18th.

The HP Pavilion DX6600 is mainly a family entertainment dedicated laptop while the DV2600 is a special edition Entertainment Notebook PC with an verve imprint finish.

Asus introduced  a High-end laptop , Asus U3S with GPS capability as an option.The GPS is one among the three options.You can choose one [ so sad , But one means one :O ] from 3G connectivity , Turbo memory or GPS.

The GPS functionality works along with NXP Software’s swGPS.The Specs of the U3S isn’t exactly known but you can expect it to be having one of those Core 2 Duos and a Dedicated mobile graphics.The Asus U3S will be running on Windows Vista , probably Ultimate edition or either of the premium versions.
