Mitsubishi in a recent golfing event has some reporters wear 3D glass and let them experience a demo of the new 3D imaging technology they had been working on.The interesting feature of the system is that the device / system can convert the 2D ‘Normal Movies’ into 3D Movies on-the-fly.

Its also being reported that the technology is planned to be installed on Gaming consoles.
