Samsung keeps them coming with the higher MP camera phones.The new model named Innov8 ,also called i8510 , 8 stands for the 8Megapixel Camera of course.

Ford wants to improve the environment , They unveiled their latest work on the Ford Fiesta with improved engine [ 1.6 Litre Turbo Diesel ] at the British International Auto Show .This  fuel efficient version is named as Fiesta Econetic .Its having couple of added features like Optimum Shift Indicator , Low Suspensions ,Rear air deflectors and low resistance tires.

The Emissions from the Ford fiesta econetic is also very low at 98 gm/ kilometer.Ford is also working on the Econetic versions of Focus and Mondeo.

Buffalo unvieled the fastest Blu-Ray recorder [as of now ] with write capability of 8x on Single Layer BDR.But the burning speed for the dual layer BDR is 2x only.

The Recorder is available as BR-816U2 [external ] and BR-816FBS [internal ].The External version can be connected to the PC using eSATA or USB while the Internal one uses SATA.These can also record DVD±R at 16x and CD-R at 48x.

The Price is still high 275€ [ 23,000 Indian Rs ] for the external  and 240€ [20,000 Rs ] for the internal drive.

Apple is ‘trying’ to keep up with the shortages and sell-outs of the iPhone and they announced that their global launches will not be interrupted by these shortages.And thus the iPhone 3G will be released in 20 more countries in Asia,Africa, Americas and Europe on August 22.

Apple’s iPhone 3G has become a major hit ,breaking the production records created by the original iPhone.Apple’s COO Tim Cook stated that Apple would be increasing iPhone 3G production. “I like what I’m seeing in the production ramp,” Cook said.

Apple is set to release the iPhone 3G in 50 countries overall and it has already been released in 22 of them.Apple should be seeing iPhone sales in Q3 2008 increase to record levels.

Update: India is on the list of countries scheduled on August 22.

Sony Ericsson finally unveiled their new G series phones, the G700 and G900.Both of them runs on Symbian UIQ 3.0 as speculated before.G700 and G900 are in fact very similar to each other matching each n every specification except for the Camera and WiFi,G700 is having a 3.2 Megapixel camera while that oft he G900 is 5 Megapixel Also G700 doesn’t have the WiFi.
