Well , Here we are with more updates about LG KF700.Its indeed a touchscreen and its a silder like it was rumoured yesterday.The LG KF700 will be having a 3 inch touchscreen display at 240×320 resolution.But there wont be a ‘physical’ QWERTY keypad though.The slider will unveil a normal keypad but the QWERTY keypad will be available for the user on the screen.
It can recognize the gestures u give on the screen and plus its having a dial behind the screen for controlling the scroll menu on the display.

More announcements keeps on coming at the Mobile World Congress 2008[GSMA 2008 ] , Barcelona.LG has announced that they will be including the Divx encoding technology in their LG Viewty Phones.

At the Mobile World Congress 2008 going on at Barcelona , LG announced their latest offering with a 2.4 inch full VGA resolution display , The KT610 runs on Symbian S60 Feature Pack v2 OS and its the first Symbian to sport the VGA display.
The KT610 is having flip screen form factor and its equipped with support for 3.6 Mbps HSDPA networks , has GPS and is having a full QWERTY keypad.Lets wait for the visuals .
LG is rumoured to unveil their flagship of the year 2008 , KF700 soon

LG KF700 might be the flagship phone of LG for the year 2008,It seems to be full touchscreen handset with a display of 240×480 resolution with 16 million colours.It supports HSDPA , UMTS and GPRS enabled networks.
And Unwired view suggests that there wont be a keypad , but my guess is that its having a keypad with 3 soft keys so, its a slider phone. . Flash lite is included in it.It can playback MPEG-4 , H.263 , H.264 and Divx video formats.and can play back almost all audio formats.

Dell is updating their XPS series with the newest processor range from Intel ,Intel Penryn.The 45 nm processors will be available for customizations on the Dell site soon.Dell is moving towards Intel it seems, by removing AMD based notebooks from the online shop and shifting them to retailers.
The XPS M1330 can now be preordered with Core 2 Duo T9500 Processor which is based on Penryn and its clock speed is 2.6Ghz and 6 MB Cache.The other specifications are intact, like 2GB RAM, Intel X3100 Onboard integrated graphics and 120 GB HDD.

Toshiba has upgraded their Gigabeat T401 by making it more slim and adding more storage space.Now the Gigabeat T802 , which is the name of the upgraded PMP has 8 GB flash storage now.Toshiba is claiming an improved battery life of 16 hours continuous MP3 playback or 5 hours WMV playback now.Gigabeat T802 is now having Wireless network connectivity too.

Sony VAIO notebooks are now available with Intel Penryn based mobo and processors.Intel Penryn is based on 45 nm architecture.As of now 3 notebooks are available with Penryn based CPU’s as upgrade options.
For Sony VAIO FZ4 , CR4 and SZ series of notebooks , you can choose between T8100, T8300, T9300, and T9500 CPU’s which offers you better battery life and operating speed than the previous 65 nm CPU’s.

Mobile processor manufacturer might just present us with the first device based on Google’s Android mobile operating system by next week in Mobile World Congress Expo at Barcelona.
The device will be running on a processor made by ARM itself.The Android platform has not been shown off much by Google so everyone must be expecting to see the Internet oriented Open source OS in action.
Android is projected to debut in the second half of 2008 and ARM might be getting ready to take the credit for the first manufacturer.HTC , LG, Motorola and Samsung has show their interest in developing Android based phones.The Android makes it possible to browse Internet as if its a PC , it has an inbuilt full page browser like iPhone and will be based on Google’s web services like Maps , Gmail and Search.The main aspect of android is that Google wants it to run as Open Source Code making it possible for any one to write or modify applications in it.

Nokia N96 might be looking like N81 but Looks might be deceiving.This a seriously cool phone which is having a whopping 16 GB internal storage plus an external microSD slot in which you can push in another 8 GB as of now.So if you can spend come more cash on this , you will be having 24 GB at your finger tips.Well , With the 5 Megapixel camera at your hand and the VGA Playback of videos @ 30 fps you need to have storage space .You have to believe this its Nokia Germany who has supplied us with all these nice details.:)
Specifications of this N96 is just unbelievable,its weight is 125gm (means 15 grams less than N81 ) with a slight more width ,length and depth .Its dimensions are 103×55x18mm [ 20mm max. ].In This N96 , Nokia has integrated quite a number of features like 5 Megapixel Camera with AF , Secondary VGA camera , TV receiver and 30 fps Video recording and WLAN / WiFi of 802.11g/b specifications.
Also Nokia tells us that it has 128MB RAM onboard and has a 256 MB system memory solely for its operating system and user preference data.Its having HSDPA , EDGE and a DVB-H class C TV receiver in it.
Its offering a talk time of 220 minutes and standby time of 220 hours.Also Nokia is promising 5 hours of non stop video playback or 14 hours of audio playback.And You can play TV using the DVB-H for up to 4 hours.
Look wise its just an N81 but slightly larger with 2.8 inch long QVGA display at 16.7 million colours and resolution 240×320 pixels.
