Sony Ericsson G700 and G900 are the smallest and lightest among the smartphones released by Sony as of now , having dimension of 106 x 49 x 13 mm and weight of 99g.Both of them are having touchscreen controls .Also you can use  either the keypad or the touchscreen whenever you wish.They support GSM 900\GSM 1800\GSM 1900\UMTS 2100  networks and offer standby time of 380 hours and talk time of 12 hours.
